This panel discussion, led by Emmy Award-winning television personality Jill Martin, will feature Melissa Gonzalez, author of The Purpose Pivot, Billie Whitehouse of WearableX, and Shirley Ramos Roseman, co-founder of BEEM, in an honest and empowering dialogue about what it means to live, lead, and succeed with purpose—not just performance.
Emily Tisch Sussman, Chair of Ross School’s Board of Trustees and creator of the She Pivots podcast, will welcome and introduce the speakers.
Drawing from real-life stories, expert insights, and lived experience, The Purpose Pivot explores the moment so many high-achieving women face: when chasing success starts to cost too much, we ignore our wellbeing—and something inside says, it’s time to pivot our approach.
