Visiting Unitarian Universalist minister Alyssa Lee, graduate of Meadville Lombard Theological School, will be presenting “Is Love Really All We Need?” a sermon inspired by a bell hooks’ novel, “all about love.” A discussion of the notion that we are called to put love in action and that acting from an ethic of love and empathy within our communities can be healing for many of us, particularly when we are in the midst of difficult times, such as a contentious election year.
