Speaker Bio: Rev. Margie Allen is in her twelfth year of service as minister with the UU Fellowship at Stony Brook and will be retiring this summer. Her first career as a a cardiac surgery ICU nurse and her second as a UU minister were really one mission: to improve the circulation of love through the web of all existence by attending to the needs of failing hearts. She lives in Stony Brook, NY, with her UU minister wife, Linda Anderson, Linda’s son, Matthew, and Jampa, Tibetan terrier #1 (although Jampa wonders why, if he is #1, he is not listed first).
