Who we are very much depends on who we think we are. Unfortunately, all to often we identify with our negative thoughts such as anxiety, hurt, anger and insecurity.
As a result we end up perceiving ourselves in a fixed, limited way. We see ourselves as someone stuck in painful loops of behavior and thought who cannot change. In reality we are not stuck. We can change! We can make real, sustained and deep changes through wisdom and experience profound levels of joy, fullfillment and meaning.
