LongHouse Reserve in East Hampton will host a classical music series featuring Young Concert Artists (YCA). The final performance will showcase percussionist Michael Yeung, featuring Debussy arrangements for vibraphone and two theatrical percussion pieces.
Michael Yeung is a versatile percussionist with a global career, studying with Robert van Sice at Yale’s prestigious Artist Diploma program. He has performed with the Mahler Chamber Orchestra and curated TEDx concerts in Shenzhen, including a highlight featuring Garth Neustadter’s "Seaborne." Known for his innovative approach, Yeung also regularly returns to Hong Kong to teach and create multimedia percussion productions, reflecting his dedication to both performance and education.
