Sparkling Pointe in Southold invites visitors and locals to embrace the holiday spirit with its “Eat, Drink, and Be Sparkling” series. Running through December 28, this weekly celebration pairs the winery’s finest sparkling wines with indulgent gourmet bites. From globally sourced cheeses to decadent truffle creations, each Saturday presents a unique culinary adventure designed to elevate holiday festivities. Events are $45 to $65. Saturday, November 23: Thanksgiving Sparkling Wines – Presample Thanksgiving wine pairings with a traditional themed tasting created by North Fork Shack.

November 30: Winter Truffles and Toasts – A toast trio with the full flavor of winter black truffle paired with a flight of sparkling wines.

December 7: Grilled Cheese & “Champagne” Dreams – The ultimate comfort food by Chef Lihn Trieu of the Southold favorite Wednesdays Table with elevated, sparkling pairings.

December 14: Street Food and Sparkling Wines – Experience the versatility of sparkling wine and causal bites in this wine and food pairing by Opties & Dinghies.

December 21: Fizz and Fry – A series of fried food snacks by First and South with carefully curated sparkling wine pairings.

December 28: New Year Caviar Experience – Immerse yourself on a guided journey through world class caviar selections and traditional accompaniments.
