Sip, slurp or swill soup from more than 30 swell chefs on Sunday, March 13, in Amagansett at the Empty Bowls fundraiser to benefit Project MOST and the Springs Seedlings Project.

Taking place at the American Legion Hall, the event offers bottomless bowls of soup. The chefs hail from renowned restaurants, caterers and foodshops, spanning from Bridgehampton to Montauk, as well as local institutions such as Bridgehampton School and Amagansett Fire Department.

Project MOST is an East Hampton nonprofit that provides after-school enrichment programs and founded the Springs Seedlings Project, an edible garden and greenhouse classroom at the Springs School. Proceeds from Empty Bowls will support the garden and more Project MOST initiatives.

Michael Pour will provide musical entertainment. A bake sale and craft making will be available.

Empty Bowls will be held from noon to 3 p.m. at the legion hall at 15 Montauk Highway, Amagansett. Admission is $12 for ages 14 and up, $5 for ages 5 to 13, and free for children 4 and younger. Or, pay $25 per family. To-go quarts of soup are $12.
