The 1770 House in East Hampton has launched its summer menu, highlighting local ingredients in new seasonal dishes by Chef Michael Rozzi. Highlights include Montauk Pearl oysters, sweet corn and tomato gazpacho with citrus-cured scallop, summer sprouting cauliflower salad, and roasted Atlantic halibut. Desserts feature local fruits, including strawberries with honey and lemon cheesecake.
The fine-dining menu, offered as an $85 prix fixe, is available nightly on the garden patio, in the dining room, and in the Tavern, with à la carte sharing plates and desserts also offered. A new fire pit area invites guests to linger with drinks under the stars.
Wine Director Michael Cohen’s 250-label wine list — recipient of the 2025 Wine Spectator Award — includes 20 Long Island selections, with several local pours offered by the glass.
