Sparkling Pointe Names New Head Winemaker
Sparkling Pointe, the North Fork winery dedicated exclusively to méthode champenoise sparkling wines, has named Andrew Rockwell as its new head winemaker. A member of the production team since 2008, Rockwell steps into the role just in time to oversee the 2025 harvest now underway.
With more than 16 years of experience and a background in engineering, Rockwell has spent the past eight years working closely with founding winemaker Gilles Martin, helping to refine Sparkling Pointe’s signature style.
