Chef Series Long Island Seafood Celebration

Canoe Place Inn in Hampton Bays closes out its 2024 Chef Series with a Long Island Seafood Celebration — a 5-course seafood dinner crafted by Chef Jarrod Huth, highlighting the best of the East End on Friday, December 20, from 5 to 8:30 p.m.

Chef Jarrod deeply values the dedication of local fishermen like Captain Peter Haskell, founder of Haskell’s Seafood. Together, they are bringing December’s peak seasonal bounty directly from Long Island’s waters to the plate, ensuring the freshest local catches. Chef Jarrod is inspired by Haskell’s commitment to sustainable fishing and the exceptional quality he brings to every dish. Each course showcases seafood at its prime, reflecting Long Island’s maritime heritage and the unique flavors of the Atlantic Coast.

The cost of the dinner is $95. Visit canoeplace.com to reserve. Canoe Place Inn is at 239 East Montauk Highway in Hampton Bays.
