Talkhouse Encore

Talkhouse Encore, a line of refreshing, authentic and fruit-forward spirits-based RTDs (ready-to-drink) has hit store shelves. The brand is an extension of Stephen Talkhouse, the legendary, Amagansett music venue frequented by hall of fame performers and celebrities.

Talkhouse Encore was founded by Ruby Honerkamp, daughter of Stephen Talkhouse founder, Peter Honerkamp. Drawing from her family’s experience and legacy, Ruby Honerkamp successfully launched a line of sessionable spirit-based seltzers that encompass the iconic music venue and taste just like a cocktail you would order at the bar. The five flavors in the Talkhouse Encore lineup are gluten-free and made with real spirits, fruit juice and premium ingredients. They also have no added sugar or artificial flavoring, offering a lighter alternative with authentic taste and fewer calories.

Debuting with a 5 percent ABV (alcohol by volume), the Talkhouse Encore flavors include: Blood Orange Tequila Soda, Cranberry Vodka Soda, Grapefruit Tequila Soda, Lime Vodka Soda and Hampton Mule. Other flavors are in development and are coming soon. The full lineup is available on the Talkhouse Encore site, talkencore.com, from an online retailer or at retail stores.
