Irish Soda Bread Baking

St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner. So why not join in a virtual traditional Irish soda bread cooking demo? On Monday, March 1, from 6:30 to 7 p.m., join chef Rob Scott for a live cooking demo from his home on the Hampton Bays Public Library’s Facebook page. Scott will demonstrate a traditional Irish soda bread with caraway seeds and raisins. To arrange for pickup of a “grab & go” kit, email Donna at dvalle@hamptonbayslibrary.org. Kits are limited to Hampton Bays Public Library cardholders. Go to facebook.com/Hampton-Bays-Public-Library-48153915343 to watch the demo live or the recording at a later date.
