Easter Sunday is on March 31 this year. Here are East End restaurants that are offering special menus for the holiday.

The American Hotel (49 Main Street, Sag Harbor 631-725-3535, theamericanhotel.com) offers a prix fixe Easter menu from noon to 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 31. The menu is $125 for adults, $85 for children and includes spring vegetable crudités, soup, a choice of appetizer, main and Easter dessert selection. Several supplements and extras are available.

The 1770 House Restaurant & Inn (143 Main Street, East Hampton, 631-324-1770, 1770house.com) celebrates Easter Sunday on March 31, with a $65 two-course seasonal menu of signature and house favorites. Chef Michael Rozzi’s menu is available for take-out, may be followed by optional desserts or accompanied by selections from the Wine Spectator award-winning wine list overseen by wine Director Michael Cohen. The 1770 House also presents its Annual Chocolate Bunny Raffle to benefit the Flying Point Foundation for Autism. Raffle tickets are $5 (five tickets for $20) for a chance at a jumbo 24,-inch 10-pound milk chocolate bunny displayed inside the front entrance. The winner will be announced on Saturday, March 30. April is Autism Awareness Month and International Autism Awareness Day is April 2.

Lulu Kitchen and Bar (126 Main Street, Sag Harbor, 631-725-0900, lulusagharborcom) celebrates Easter with a special “Wood-Fired Lamb Feast” from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday, March 31. Cost for the meal is $59 per person plus tax and gratuity, and a two-person minimum is required. The feast includes slow roasted leg of lamb, mint-merguez stuffing, harissa yogurt sauce, English peas polenta, wood-fired grilled asparagus and blistered cherry tomatoes. Reservations are recommended. The a la carte menu will also be available.

Southampton Publick House (62 Jobs Lane, Southampton, 631-283-2800, publick.com) will be open for brunch and lunch on Easter Sunday, March 31, starting at 11:30 a.m. Dinner will be served from 4:30 to 9 p.m.

Nick & Toni’s (136 Main Street, East Hampton, 631-324-3550, nickandtonis.com) will offer a special Easter brunch on Sunday, March 31. The cost is $80 per person, plus tax and gratuity. A bambini Easter brunch with choice of entrée and dessert is $24. Brunch will be available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. A la carte holiday specials will be available for dinner service beginning at 5 p.m. Separate menus will be available for children for both lunch and dinner.

Calissa (1020 Montauk Highway, Water Mill, 631-500-9292, calissahamptons.com) will offer an a la carte brunch and dinner special on Easter Sunday, March 31, and Greek Easter Sunday, May 5. The festivities begin with brunch from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., followed by dinner starting at 5 p.m. Optional bottomless rosé and bubbles brunch with French bubbles for $45 per person and champagne at $65 per person is available.

L&W Market (2493 Montauk Highway, Bridgehampton, 631-537-1123, landwmarket.com) has announced holiday takeout specials in honor of Easter. Orders must be placed by Friday, March 29, at 9 a.m. with a pick up date of Sunday, March 31, from 10 a.m. to noon. The menu includes Easter appetizers and platters, glazed ham and rack of lamb and sides and desserts.

Art of Eating (264 Butter Lane, Bridgehampton, 631-267-2411, hamptonsartofeating.com) has announced its spring and Easter take out menu. The menu will be available to order for Easter by Tuesday, March 26, and pick up can be arranged by calling. The menu includes beginnings, bites, mains including roast rack of Australian lamb, salmon, filet of beef, slow roasted hickory smoked Berkshire ham and Portobello steak, sides and dessert.

New Moon Cafe (524 Montauk Highway, East Quogue, 631-653-4042, newmooncafeeq.com,) will be serving Easter breakfast on Sunday, March 31, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Call for reservations.

1 North Steakhouse (322 West Montauk Highway, Hampton Bays, 631-594-3419, 1northsteakhouse.com) will be open for Easter dinner on Sunday, March 31, from 2 to 10 p.m. and will be serving its regular menu along with specials like rack of lamb, prime rib, roasted Long Island duck and much more.
