Claudio’s Greenport Redux
Claudio’s Waterfront in Greenport, a fixture of the North Fork’s dining scene since 1870, has reopened for the 2025 summer season. The complex, home to Claudio’s Tavern & Grill, Claudio’s Pizza, and Crabby Jerry’s, is evolving under a new partnership with Gansevoort Street Hospitality. Crabby Jerry’s has been reimagined as Common Country East, while the spaces formerly occupied by Claudio’s Tavern & Grill and Claudio’s Pizza have transformed into Charlie Boy at Claudio’s.
Celeste Fierro, a New York native, serves as the managing partner at Claudio’s Greenport. With nearly two decades of experience, Fierro has made her mark in the hospitality industry, from opening ONE with Jonathan Segel in New York to launching STK, a modern steakhouse and lounge that expanded to 36 locations, pioneering the restaurant boom in the city’s meatpacking district.
“We’re excited to welcome guests back to our waterfront complex for another unforgettable season,” said Fierro.
Claudio’s Greenport is open Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., expanding to full seasonal hours later this month. Known for locally sourced seafood and dockside dining on Greenport Harbor, Claudio’s signature dishes include lobster rolls, baked clams, New England clam chowder and Claudio’s smash burger, complemented by cocktails like the Mudslide and Claudio’s Rum Punch.
Starting May 24, Claudio’s will present live music on most Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Friday performances will run from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., with weekend music from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m. DJs will entertain guests every Saturday from 9 p.m. until closing, with occasional Friday sets.

Ocean Club Sets Sail
Montauk Yacht Club’s recently unveiled restaurant, Ocean Club, will debut a new menu for the upcoming season led by acclaimed Chef Jarad McCarroll. The 4,500-square-foot space features the largest open kitchen in the Hamptons, designed as a stage where guests can watch the culinary team in action. Following a multi-million-dollar renovation, both the property and the restaurant are set to officially reopen, building on the success and momentum of last year’s soft launch.
For a more immersive experience, Ocean Club also offers a chef’s table adjacent to the kitchen, where guests can enjoy a custom, off-menu meal prepared by McCarroll himself.
“With the renovation, we wanted the kitchen to be open and expansive — not just for function, but to create a sense of connection,” says McCarroll. “There’s something special about watching a meal come to life; it brings energy to the space and invites guests to feel part of the experience.”
The updated dinner offerings feature standout seafood dishes, comprising a lobster Caesar salad, lobster pasta in an aromatic broth, halibut with a yogurt emulsion, salmon finished with elderflower beurre blanc, and scallops served over a corn medley with onion, bacon, and jalapeño. On the land side, highlights are a grilled chicken breast paired with raviolo, sunchoke, and pepitas, along with a curated selection of premium steaks such as picanha, New York strip, and a tenderloin, complemented by beetroot ketchup, chive oil, and pepitas.
Ocean Club will also reintroduce favorite dishes from last summer, including the margherita and cacio e pepe pizzas, the signature “OC” bread served with dipping oil and a selection of raw bar offerings.
For breakfast, guests can enjoy eggs Benedict, avocado toast with poached eggs, French toast, and a breakfast sandwich with scrambled eggs, bacon, and avocado on a brioche bun with smoked mayo.
Reservations for Ocean Club can be made via montaukyachtclub.com and Resy. Montauk Yacht Club is at 32 Star Island Road in Montauk.
