March at the 1770 House
The 1770 House Restaurant & Inn welcomes March with dinner specials by Chef Michael Rozzi on St. Patrick’s Day and Easter Sunday, and its annual Chocolate Bunny Raffle to benefit Flying Point Foundation for Autism.
On Sunday, March 17, a $17.70 St. Patrick’s Day dinner special of corned beef and cabbage with all the trimmings, or $20 with a beer, will be available in addition to the nightly $65 two-course prix fixe dinner menu.
On Easter Sunday, March 31, from 5 p.m., Chef Rozzi will present Easter specials as part of his $65 two-course seasonal menu of signature and house favorites. These will include a spring pea soup with snap peas, serrano ham with watermelon, radish and smoked salt to start and Dijon and brioche crusted rack of lamb with rosemary potatoes, leeks, peas and pancetta as a main course. Chef Rozzi’s menu is available for take-out, may be followed by optional desserts or accompanied by selections from the Wine Spectator award-winning wine list overseen by Wine Director Michael Cohen.
The 1770 House presents its Annual Chocolate Bunny Raffle to benefit the Flying Point Foundation for Autism. Raffle tickets are $5 (five tickets for $20) to enter to win a jumbo 24-inch, 10-pound milk chocolate bunny displayed inside the front entrance. The raffle winner will be announced on Saturday, March 30, in time for Easter Sunday. April is Autism Awareness Month and International Autism Awareness Day is April 2.

Spanish Wine Dinner at Nick & Toni’s
Nick & Toni’s will host a special wine pairing dinner on Thursday, March 21, beginning at 6:30 p.m. The “España: From Rías Baixas to Rioja, Our Favorite Producers Stories” will feature a four-course menu crafted by Chef Courtney Sypher Barylski and Pastry Chef Kelsey Roden, paired with wines chosen by Beverage Director Chimene Macnaughton. The cost is $135 plus tax and gratuity. Wines from the menu will be available with special event pricing preorder directly through Jacques Franey of Domaine Franey on the night of the event.
“These getaway evenings are designed to be a bit of a departure for all of us while we await the longer days and warmer nights of summer,” said Macnaughton. “Tasting through far-flung wine regions in this progressive, four-course format shows us indigenous grape varieties in their best light; paired with traditional, regional dishes. We’re looking forward to welcoming Max Working, Spanish Portfolio Manager from Skurnik Wines on Thursday, March 21. He’ll be our expert guide from Rías Baixas to Rioja. We hope you’ll join us!”

Rowdy Hall St. Patrick’s Specials
Rowdy Hall will offer Irish specials on St. Patrick’s Day, March 17, for the Am O’Gansett Parade on Saturday, March 23, and for the Montauk Friends of Erin Parade on Sunday, March 24. A special Irish prix fixe lunch and dinner with a choice of appetizer/entrée or entrée/dessert for $35 is available on St. Patrick’s Day (to-go available with a la carte pricing). Irish specials for both the Am O’Gansett Parade and the Friends of Erin Parade are a la carte only. Beverage specials for all three days include a stout and a shot for $10, and Rowdy Irish coffee for $10.

Spring Long Island Restaurant Week
The tri-annual and award-winning Long Island Restaurant Week is back for spring. The promotion will take place from Sunday, April 7, to Sunday, April 14, with several prix fixe options. Restaurants may offer a $24 two-course lunch, a $29 three-course dinner menu, a $39 three-course dinner menu and/or a $46 three-course dinner prix fixe.
“Hints of spring are in the air and spring Long Island Restaurant Week is the perfect way to welcome the season,” said Nicole Castillo of Long Island Restaurant and Hospitality Group. “Our winter promotion was one of our most successful events since COVID and we already have several restaurateurs coming on board for the spring. With almost 200 restaurants participating in winter we are expecting spring to be our biggest event yet.”
