Sparkling Wine Dinner at Gurney’s
Gurney’s Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa has partnered with Sparkling Pointe Winery to create “Pointe Perfection: A Sparkling Wine Pairing Affair at Gurney’s,” a highly curated wine pairing dinner on Saturday, February 17, at 6:30 p.m. The five-course menu helmed, by Gurney’s executive chef Christopher Watts, features the best of the Hamptons’ farm-fresh produce and locally sourced provisions expertly paired with a selection of the North Fork’s finest sparkling wines.
Husband-and-wife-duo Tom and Cynthia Rosicki founded Sparkling Pointe Winery in Southold in 2004 with a dedication to the exclusive production of Méthode Champenoise Sparkling Wines. Focusing on traditional varieties (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier), grapes are sustainably grown on three vineyard sites spanning 40 acres. Sparkling Pointe wines have been consistently acknowledged as some of the best in the New York wine region, earning 90+ points from Wine Advocate, Wine Enthusiast, and Wine Spectator.
Tickets for the evening are $225 and available on OpenTable. Gurney’s Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa is at 290 Old Montauk Highway, Montauk.
