Hamptons Farms, a restaurant that planted its roots in East Quogue last November, is expanding with locations in Hampton Bays and Westhampton Beach.

Fleur De Mer in Hampton Bays, formerly Hampton Lady Beach Bar and Grill, will offer Mediterranean-style cuisine with menu items such as steak frites, escargot, and other lighter fare options. Owner Sandra Sadowski said her vision is to create something different from the typical nautical-themed restaurant found on Dune Road.

“Think French Riviera meets the Hamptons,” said Ms. Sadowski, who acquired the 363 Dune Road restaurant from 363 Beach Road Associates LLC in April. “You will not see navy blue, red and white in this restaurant.”

The 14,038-square-foot waterfront restaurant will also accommodate parents who want to enjoy an impromptu date night. Ms. Sadowski plans to offer a “kids club,” similar to daycare, “so parents can drop their kids and dine.”

“It’s catering to a different client,” she said.

The Westhampton Beach location at 69 Mill Road will be a “one-stop shop” for beachgoers looking to grab a pre-packaged lunch. The “boutique,” which will be known as Hamptons Farms The Market, will also offer beach essentials such as towels, sunscreen and an array of sunglasses from merchants including Coola Suncare, San Diego Hat Company and The Cottage Greenhouse

“There’s so much that you need to go to the beach,” Ms. Sadowski said on Friday. “We want people to feel like, ‘Let’s just drop everything and go to the beach.’”

Ms. Sadowski hopes to officially open both locations for the Fourth of July weekend; however, if all goes according to plan, she plans to have soft openings or “sneak peaks” a week or two prior.

The 41-year-old entrepreneur is in the process of obtaining a change-of-use permit from the Westhampton Beach Village Board for the anticipated boutique—formerly Toni’s Barber Shop—to allow her envisioned grab-and-go case to be filled with salads, sandwiches and wraps from her restaurants, according to her husband and business partner, Stefan Amraly.

“It’s really exciting,” Ms. Sadowski said.
