There’s a new place to eat in Hampton Bays where you can either dine in or take out. Hamptons Standard: Kitchen, Market, and Bar on Montauk Highway near Route 24 officially opens its doors on June 24. The brand new farm-to-table culinary experience was developed by Centro Trattoria and Bar owner and East End local Salvatore Biundo.

Hamptons Standard will feature an all-day grab-and-go market with fresh, hot meals, a large salad bar, made to order menu items, and prepared dinners. The market will also feature coffee from For Five Coffee Roasters. The kitchen houses a wood-burning grill, wood-burning oven, and wood-burning rotisserie leading into a spacious dining room, with outdoor patio seating and a bar stocked with craft beer and local wine on tap.

“Hamptons Standard is filling a void in the area—a place where people can get fresh, grab-and-go food,” says Mr. Biundo. “It is a clean, casual, modern-American restaurant that has something for everybody and is accessible on a daily basis.

“It’s something that’s going to impact the community on such a positive level by providing locals a spot where they can come with their friends and family and have a good meal. I’m a big advocate of Hampton Bays, and I believe in its future.”

Stop by and check it out for yourself. Hamptons Standard: Kitchen, Market, and Bar, 149 West Montauk Highway, Hampton Bays. 631-856-4054
