Nick and Toni's Offers Bloody Mary 'Board'

Nick & Toni’s in East Hampton has added “The Board” bloody Mary buffet to its Sunday brunch selections.

The do-it-yourself cocktail bar, which will be served on Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. is $29 and serves up to four. Choices include a selection of liquors, mixes, condiments and garnishes.

Liquor selections will include Absolut Vodka; a house-infused sweet pepper-, onion- and basil Absolut; a house-infused hot pepper and peppercorn Absolut; and Maestro Dobel Tequila. Mix choices will include Nick & Toni’s organic bloody Mary mix or Knudsen’s organic tomato juice. For condiments, there will be horseradish, Old Bay seasoning, Cholula hot sauce, Tabasco, sea salt and fresh cracked pepper. Garnishes offered will include Horman’s Best Pickles and stuffed olives; fresh carrots, cucumbers and red peppers; ciliegine “cherry-sized” fresh mozzarella; and mortadella cubes. Selections will be rotated seasonally.
