The James Beard Foundation will present its annual Chefs & Champagne New York event, honoring Martha Stewart, on Saturday, July 24, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at Wölffer Estate Vineyard on Sagg Pond Road in Bridgehampton.
Funds raised at the event will help support the James Beard Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to America’s diverse culinary heritage and future.

Madame Tong’s Redeux is now “in previews” at 245 Elm Street Southampton with new owners Ian Duke and David Hilty.
