'Be Our Guest' Benefit For PAC

The Advisory Council of the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center will host its second annual “Be Our Guest” gala fundraiser on Friday, August 19. The benefit will include an evening of cocktails and dining at a variety of Hamptons homes and will kick off with a cocktail party at the waterfront Quogue home of Sheila and Seth Waugh, followed by 11 elegant dinners hosted at private homes throughout Westhampton, Westhampton Beach, Quogue, Remsenburg and Southampton.

Dinners will include: “Seafood by the Creek” at the Allens’ and “Paris Comes to Quogue” at the Haymes’s in Quogue; “By Land and Sea” at the Bonners’ in Westhampton; “Summer in Santorini” at the Hochmans’; “The French Connection” at the Hodes’s; “A Taste of Spain” at the Steinbergs’; “A Taste of Spain” and “Portuguese Fish Mariscada” at the Keys/Pels’ home in Westhampton Beach; “Mexican Cuisine” at the Brauns’; “American Cuisine” by the Gordons and Myrna Solomon; “Watergate North: A State of the Union Dinner” at the Zinbergs’ in Remsenburg; and “Mediterranean Menu” with the Skillerns and Buchters in Southampton.

Tickets are $150 for the cocktail party only, which is from 6 to 8 p.m. and $250 for cocktails and dinner at one of the 11 participating homes, starting at 8 p.m. Reservations are suggested for cocktails and necessary for the dinners and may be made at the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center box office or online at whbpac.org.
