Peconic Land Trust’s Bridge Gardens will host a workshop on growing dahlias led by Summerhill Landscapes staff on Saturday, June 11.

Running from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at 36 Mitchell Lane in Bridgehampton, “Growing Dahlias” will cover everything from planting to seasonal care and winter tuber storage. Bridge Gardens says “you’ll learn techniques that will help ensure success for the future.”

The cost is $10 per person, or $5 for Bridge Gardens members. Reservations are required.

Email events@peconiclandtrust.org or call 631-283-3195, extension 122, and leave a name and a callback number.

Ongoing at Bridge Gardens is Free Lawn Care Advice Tuesdays with lawn and landscape professional Paul Wagner of Greener Pastures Organics, who provides free lawn care advice each Tuesday from 3 to 4:30 p.m. to homeowners and professional landscapers. Questions and photos can also be emailed to lawnexpert@peconiclandtrust.org.
