The Hampton Designer Showhouse will return to Southampton this summer to benefit Stony Brook Southampton Hospital.

The showhouse will welcome 24 top interior designers from across the country to transform a 9,000-square-foot custom, contemporary home being constructed by Town & Country East End. Since its inception 24 years ago, the annual fundraiser has collected $2 million for Stony Brook Southampton Hospital.

Renowned designers Jamie Drake and Alexa Hampton are this year’s honorary design chairs, and Libby Langdon and Mikel Welch are this year’s showhouse co-chairs. Participating design firms are Accentuations by Design, Jolie Korek & Company, Ahmad Abou, Zanat Studio, JVF Audio Video Installations, Betsy Wentz Interior Design, k+co LIVING, Ciuffo Cabinetry, LTA Interiors, Courtney Sempliner Designs, Morrow Design Studios, Damour Drake, PAVU Interiors, Daniella Feldman Design, Purple Cherry Architects, Fiorello Designs, Robert Brown Interior Design, Home in Harmony Designs, Sea Green Designs, House of Culler, SRC Interior Design, Jewel Marlowe Interiors, Steven Walsh Design, JMY Interiors and Susan Calabria Design.

The new build on 5 acres comes with a tennis court, a pool and a separate two-story pool house.

“We are pleased to partner once again with the Hampton Designer Showhouse Foundation Inc. for the annual Hampton Designer Showhouse,” said Julia McCormack, the president of the Southampton Hospital Foundation. “This collaboration highlights our shared commitment to excellence, and we look forward to presenting an exceptional showhouse this summer that will inspire and engage our community.”

The 2025 Hampton Designer Showhouse kicks off with a preview party on Saturday, July 19, at 6 p.m. Tickets are $275 per person. Then the showhouse will be open for public tours from Sunday, July 20, through Sunday, August 31, Thursdays through Sundays, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. (Last admission is 30 minutes before closing). Children 6 and under, infants, strollers and pets are not admitted in the showhouse. Admission to the Showhouse is $45 per person and includes a copy of the Showhouse Journal.
