Hamptons Homeowners Forum Will Tackle Land Use and Construction

The Hamptons Homeowners Forum, hosted by Douglas Elliman associate broker Patrick Mclaughlin, returns to LTV Studios in Wainscott on Wednesday, May 15, and this time, the topic is “Navigating Land Use and Construction.”

The discussion will cover a range of topics including land clearing, legal expansion, wetland easements, border disputes and understanding zoning.

The panel will include land use attorney and Sag Harbor Village Associate Justice Carl Benincasa, Saskas Surveying Company President David Saskas, Telemark Inc. Vice President and East Hampton Town Zoning Board of Appeals Chair Roy Dalene and En-Consultants land management specialist Susanna F. Herrmann.
