Holiday House Tour In Sag Harbor Features Interior Design, Watchcase Tour

author27east on Jun 23, 2014

The new Watchcase development in Sag Harbor will set the stage for this year’s “Holiday House Hamptons Presented By HC&G.”

The event will provide an opportunity to preview three of the long-anticipated new luxury condominiums, which will be all decked out by interior designers.

A highlight will be an opening-night preview party on Saturday, June 28, from 6 to 9 p.m. It will raise money for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, as will tours that continue from June 29 through August 10.

Presented by Hamptons Cottages & Gardens, Holiday House Hamptons offers a first glimpse of the Watchcase condominiums, which are transforming the historic former Bulova watchcase factory on Church Street in the village. Those who take a tour will be able to scope out a two-bedroom penthouse loft, a six-bedroom townhouse, and a one-bedroom bungalow.

Designers are decorating them in keeping with their favorite holiday, be it the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving or even Groundhog Day. The idea is that every day is a holiday.

This is the second time the event is being held in the Hamptons instead of New York City. Participating professionals include Bjørnen Design, Vicente Wolf, Eugenia Au Kim and the Huniford Design Studio, among many others.
