Southampton History Museum Insider's View Tour Is September 9

authorStaff Writer on Aug 30, 2023

The Southampton History Museum’s annual tour of Southampton homes is coming up on Saturday, September 9, promising the opportunity to “pass beyond the hedges and see a collection of the most distinguished homes and gardens in the Hamptons.”

The “Insider’s View” tour is a popular annual event in Southampton and an important fundraiser for the museum. The tour is self-guided, though docents will be at each home to share knowledge about the home’s history and the furnishings inside.

Ticket pickup, where the tour stops will be revealed, opens at 11 a.m. at the museum’s Rogers Mansion on Meeting House Lane. The tour will run from 1 to 4 p.m., then ticketholders will return to the grounds of the Rogers Mansion at 4:30 p.m. for a Champagne reception sponsored by Sant Ambroeus.

General admission is $150. Purchase at southamptonhistory.org/iv.
