After leading the Hamptons Pride Parade, legendary performer and provocateur John Cameron Mitchell — known for the groundbreaking “Hedwig and the Angry Inch,” the boundary-pushing “Shortbus,” and the genre-bending “How to Talk to Girls at Parties” — takes the spotlight for a one-night celebration of art, identity, and fearless self-expression, at “An Evening With John Cameron Mitchell,” on Saturday, June 7, from 8 to 9:30 p.m. at Guild Hall in East Hampton.

With a voice that’s as raw as it is riveting, Mitchell shares an electrifying mix of music, memoir and mischief. Drawing from a career that has shattered norms across stage and screen, this rare live event offers a candid, deeply personal journey through the stories and songs that have shaped his singular path.

Come as you are — or as someone completely new. Glam up, go big, and step into a night of radical joy, queerness, and creative rebellion. Pride doesn’t end with the parade — it just changes outfits.
