December Events – Westhampton Free library, 7 Library Avenue, Westhampton Beach.

All library events require advance registration.

Family Holiday Wreaths

Saturday, December 3

1, 1:30, 2 or 2:30 p.m. time slots

$10 with Westhampton Free Library card

Make a traditional wreath at the library or at home. The library will provide one kit per family with a wreath and all of the fixings. When registering, please write in-person or take-and-make (hot glue gun needed) in the notes section. One wreath per family.

Holiday Gingerbread Houses

Wednesday, December 7

4, 5 or 6 p.m. time slots

$28 with Westhampton Free Library card

Decorate a gingerbread house for the holidays using delicious royal icing and a selection of candy. One house per family.

Holiday Charcuterie Platter

Saturday, December 3

At noon

$20 with Westhampton Free Library card

Cheesemonger Raven Janoski will guide participants through making a charcuterie platter to take home for the holidays. For adults only.

Christmas/Hanukkah Brownies

Friday, December 16

5 p.m.

Free with Westhampton Free Library card

Age: Tweens (grades 4-6) and Teens (grades 6-12)

Those in grades four through 12 are invited to decorate brownies with sprinkles, candy canes, M&M’s and more.

Family Hanukkah Stories

Sunday, December 18

1 p.m.

Free with Westhampton Free Library card

Families with young children are invited to listen to Hanukkah stories and make a themed craft to celebrate.
