Rich Rawdin, formerly of Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate, has joined Saunders as Senior Vice President. Mr. Rawdin will be based in the firm’s Southampton office.
Mr. Rawdin got his start in real estate in 2005, with Alan Schneider & Associates. He became the agency’s top producer in his very first year. He earned the title again in 2006, 2007 and 2008. Additionally, Mr. Rawdin is also credited for obtaining the single largest, exclusive residential listing in the history of Hampton Bays at $7.5 million.
During his real estate career, Mr. Rawdin also worked at Coldwell Banker as a Previews Property Specialist.
