Corcoran Group

The Corcoran Group held its annual year-end awards ceremony for 2009 earlier this month at Hampton Hall in Southampton. The event was hosted by President and Chief Executive Officer Pamela Liebman; Executive Vice President and Director of Sales, Tresa Hall; and Regional Senior Vice President, Rick Hoffman.

Several East End agents received awards, including: Corcoran’s Top Team of the Year, Evan Kulman and Gene Stilwell from the Bridgehampton office; Top Commercial Sales Agent, Thomas Mangel from the Westhampton Beach office; and Rookie of the Year, Ling Li from the Amagansett office.

Additionally, Top Deal North Fork went to Sheri Winter Clarry and Top Deal South Fork went to Susan Breitenbach, who also received kudos for Top Sales Agent by Units and Volume, Top Exclusive Listing Agent, Highest Sale Price and Highest Rental Price.

Top Producing Agents by office included: Krae Van Sickle, Amagansett; Ginger Thoerner and Susan Breitenbach, Bridgehampton; Gary DePersia, East Hampton; Mala Sander, Sag Harbor; Penelope Moore, Shelter Island; Geoff Hull, Southampton; Chris Coleman, Montauk; Martha Lewis, Westhampton Beach; and Sheri Winter Clarry, North Fork.

The Corcoran Group Employee of the Year award went to Robin Goetz from the Montauk office.

HANFRA

The Hamptons And North Fork Real Estate Association (HANFRA) recently elected Joshua Y. Horton as president of the group. Mr. Horton, a Greenport native, is a senior managing director for The Corcoran Group and has direct oversight of the company’s Shelter Island, North Fork and Westhampton Beach markets.

Additionally, Martin Gleason was elected vice president, Ann Rasmussen was elected treasurer and Nicholas Planamento was elected secretary for HANFRA. Richard Stauffer is the executive director of the association. For more information, visit hanfra.com.
