During the month of April, Meghan Bozek of the Enzo Morabito Team at Douglas Elliman is pledging $10 to the Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons for each person who visits one of her open houses, whether they be agents or homebuyers.
Ms. Bozek has adopted several dogs from the animal shelter is Wainscott. She will present a check to ARF during its Alumni Reunion and Pet Celebration Day on Saturday, May 4.

Sag Harbor attorney Dennis Downes has become of counsel to the Bridgehampton real estate law firm Adam Miller Group.

He also serves as a special counsel for the Town of Southampton, the Town of Shelter Island, the Village of Southampton and the Village of Westhampton Beach.
