Sierra Hope, who began her career in the real estate industry in 2015, has joined Town & Country Real Estate.

“Starting in office management and lease administration in the commercial sector, she has since transitioned her focus to residential and luxury properties,” Town & Country states. “Sierra’s clients, ranging from sellers to buyers and investors, benefit from her personable, approachable, and reliable nature.”

In addition to her real estate career, Hope is also involved in community efforts. She has volunteered at Heart of the Hamptons and been an advocate for causes that include hunger, animal shelters, health care and child welfare.
