Gosh, is there anything that hasn’t sold in Bridgehampton in the seven and eight figures during the last couple of weeks? It’s been bandied about the last year or so that real estate in Sag Harbor and Montauk is especially hot, but Bridgehampton is determined not to be left out of the conversation.

Leading the pack of recent transactions in the hamlet is 176 Meadowlark Lane, which tipped the scales at $13,900,000 (and purchased by a limited liability corporation). The new construction boasts 11,000 square feet, 8 bedrooms, 10.5 baths, and an acre of land with views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Sagg Pond. The open-concept first floor has a great room, den, kitchen and breakfast nook leading out to a covered patio. Those views just mentioned can be had from a sitting room on the second floor, which also has five of the bedrooms. Amenities include a gym, movie theater, bar and 336-bottle wine cellar. Outside is a saltwater pool and pool house with a kitchen and wet bar.

Also reaching eight figures in Bridgehampton, at $10,450,000, is 104 Halsey Lane, with another LLC as the new owner. This manse on 2.57 acres has a generous 14 bedrooms and 17.5 baths, in case junior brings a few buddies home from college, or the entire fraternity. Features include a great room, family and living rooms, gourmet kitchen, gym, media room, library, wine cellar, staff quarters, an elevator, and three fireplaces. For outdoor exercise, there is both a pool and tennis court.

In the pretty high seven figures, at $8,750,000, is 24 Two Trees Lane, purchased by—you guessed it—an LLC. The residence is on 2.2 acres with 284 feet of frontage on Long Pond. Designed by Fleetwood & McMullan, the home has 11,603 square feet of living space that includes a family room with fireplace, large kitchen with double refrigerators, formal dining room with coffered ceiling, and geothermal heating.

Let’s mention only a couple of others, even though Bridgehampton has done so boffo at the real estate box office. For $7,017,000, Daniel and Stacey Maman took title to 28 Highland Terrace. In this new home on 1 acre, they will find 8,500 square feet, 8 bedrooms, 9 baths, and lots of other good stuff. Debra and Marc Paley are the new owners of 72 Ellen Court, thanks to writing a check for $4,975,000. On 2.41 acres is a 4 bedroom, 3-full-bath, 2-half-bath home with a view of Kellis Pond.

Let’s see if Bridgehampton stays as busy as the leaves keep falling from the trees.
