A 3.4-acre property in Bridgehampton that had a house on it already, but was marketed purely for the potential of the land, recently sold for $13.4 million.
At 90 Silver Lane, the land is a “beautiful building site for developing a significant home with accessory structures pool and tennis court,” according to the listing, which adds that the property has “peeks” of Sagaponack Pond and the ocean. A reserve is to the north.
Associate broker Tim Davis of Corcoran had the listing.
“Someone early on in the listing process viewed the property and could sense the value of both the location and the land size, making for an ideal match,” Davis said. “This family is very much looking forward to developing their dream compound in this very prime location being just a short distance to the ocean.”
The last list price was $14.5 million. The deal closed on August 22, according to Suffolk Vision Inc. The identities of both the seller and the buyer were shielded by limited liability companies.
Back in 2021, the property traded from Sarah and Lawrence Schmid to Edgar Bronfman for $11.2 million.
