A modern farmhouse in Bridgehampton completed and sold in 2020 by Farrell Companies changed hands again recently, this time for $9.2 million.

Set on an acre and abutting a reserve, 365 Lopers Path has 8,515 square feet of interior living space, a rooftop deck with ocean views, and an attached three-car garage with a radiant heated floor. The residence offers eight bedrooms — including master suites on both the main floor and upper floor, with radiant heat floors in the bathrooms — and eight and a half-bathrooms total. There are three fireplaces throughout, and the basement is finished and ready for a home gym and media room.

The grounds include a 40-foot heated gunite pool and spa, and bluestone patios and walkways.

Bespoke represented both the buyers and the sellers.

“The property had direct southern exposure over a massive 120+ acre protected reserve,” said Bespoke senior portfolio manager Sam Kelly. “It epitomizes what Bridgehampton North farm/horse country are. Every exposure in the house capitalized on the viewshed. It also included a gorgeous roof deck where Mecox Bay and the ocean were visible.”

The last asking price was $9.5 million.

The deal closed on May 13, according to Suffolk Vision Inc., which reported the sellers were Anne Borsch and James Grifo and the new owners are Shari Levine and David Augarten. Borsch and Grifo purchased the property for $5.8 million in 2020.
