A Bridgehampton traditional sited atop a hill and abutting 30 acres of preserve land recently sold for $5.69 million, its full asking price.

At 3 Mill Path, the residence has 6,150 square feet of living space above ground plus an additional 1,300 square feet in the lower level. There are five bedrooms, six full bathrooms and two half-baths throughout.

Enter the double-height foyer with floor-to-ceiling windows and proceed to the great room with 25-foot-tall ceilings and a gas fireplace, — and surrounded by windows “inundating the room with natural light and mending the indoors with the landscaping and the serenity of its surroundings,” according to the Brown Harris Stevens listing.

A staircase leads to a second-floor landing that overlooks the first. A bridge walkway captures the farm views. Cristina Matos represented the seller, and Jane Babcook, also with Brown Harris Stevens, brought the buyer.
