Bourgard, a licensed real estate broker, will manage Douglas Elliman Hamptons, overseeing sales strategy and agent-directed support and mentorship. He will continue to manage the day-to-day operations of the region’s western offices in Hampton Bays, Westhampton Beach and Quogue.
“I’m so glad to be part of the best real estate brokerage on the East End,” Bourgard said. “And I am looking forward to helping all of our agents in the region in their professional development as real estate experts.”
Currently the senior director of marketing for the Hamptons, Newberry’s newly expanded role will include her current responsibilities overseeing all East End agent and corporate marketing initiatives, plus direct administrative support for all of the region’s nine offices, community initiatives, regional events, talent recruitment and agent budgets.
“I am excited to continue to grow the Elliman brand on the South Fork as we further cement our position in the community and as a leader in Hamptons real estate,” Newberry said.
