Douglas Elliman Names New Hamptons Leadership

Douglas Elliman Real Estate has named Todd Bourgard as its regional executive manager of sales for the Hamptons and Melody Newberry as the regional vice president of marketing and operations, effective May 10.Mr. Bourgard, a licensed real estate broker, will manage Douglas Elliman Hamptons and continue to oversee western offices in Hampton Bays, Westhampton Beach and Quogue.

“I’m so glad to be part of the best real estate brokerage on the East End,” Mr. Bourgard said in a statement. “And I am looking forward to helping all of our agents in the region in their professional development as real estate experts.”

Ms. Newberry, previously the senior director of marketing for the Hamptons region, has been promoted to lead all nine of the East End offices and their initiatives.

“I am excited to continue to grow the Elliman brand on the South Fork as we further cement our position in the community and as a leader in Hamptons real estate,” she said in a statement.

Scott Durkin, the president and chief operating officer of Douglas Elliman, shared his excitement in a press release. “I am extremely proud of the enormous success Douglas Elliman has achieved in the Hamptons and look forward to reaching new and greater heights under the leadership of Todd and Melody,” he said.
