Douglas Elliman Real Estate agent Ray Lord III has won Realtor Magazine’s annual 30 Under 30 Web Choice Award.
The East Hampton-based agent brought in 3,144 votes out of nearly 40,000 cast, making him the top vote-getter out of 50 finalists.
Mr. Lord, 27, said in his application video, “I came into it knowing nothing, knowing no one and not even knowing the area, and the first house I sold was $3 million and now I’m a top producer.”
