Emily King, a Water Mill resident since 1991 and a longtime real estate agent, has joined Saunders & Associates in the firm’s Southampton office.
“Emily brings a rare combination of authenticity, market knowledge, and client-first service,” said Steve Glick, the senior vice president at Saunders & Associates. “Her deep ties to the community, relentless drive, and strong instincts for staging and style make her a natural fit for our team. We are thrilled to welcome her to Saunders.”
King’s experience includes managing high-profile estates and working with luxury builder Joe Farrell.
According to Saunders, her proactive, hands-on style is supported by her background as a property manager and personal trainer — careers that demanded discipline, trustworthiness, and unwavering attention to detail.
“Joining Saunders feels like a homecoming in all the best ways,” King said. “The energy, the collaboration, the presence they have across the Hamptons — it’s exactly the kind of environment I thrive in. I’m excited to keep doing what I love, now with the resources and support of this amazing firm.”
Outside of her professional life, King supports the Peconic Land Trust and is involved with the Hamptons Christian Fellowship.
