A Southampton Village estate section home at 252 First Neck Lane recently sold for $11.5 million, according to The Real Estate Report Inc.

Built in 1890, the three-story home on 2 acres is 6,320 square feet with nine bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms.

The gated property is surrounded by high hedges. The residence is in “beautiful condition” and offers an ideal floor plan for entertaining, according to the listing.

The grounds feature both open and covered porches, a swimming pool with a spa, a tennis court, gardens and mature trees.

The property also features a two-car garage and a “party barn/game room” with a bathroom and kitchenette.

The asking price had been $11.95 million.

Tim Davis of Corcoran had the listing. The deal closed on September 9. The sellers were Nancy and Jeffrey Lane and the buyer is 252 First Neck Lane LLC.
