Developer and real estate magnate Harry Macklowe is selling his East Hampton Village “trophy” property, which juts out into Georgica Cove, with an asking price of $38 million.
At 64 West End Avenue, the 5,500-square-foot residence originally designed by Futterman Architecture sits on 2.7 acres with water on three sides — 951 feet of waterfront in all — and an ocean view to the south. It has four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and a half-bath, as well as a gunite pool.
Paul Brennan and Martha Gundersen of Douglas Elliman have the listing.
Macklowe purchased the property from Mari Epstein for $10.35 million in 2017.
