The lower level has a spa with a gym, a sauna, a massage room and a full bathroom, plus a game room, a den and a theater.
In all, there are eight bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms.
Among the amenities are an elevator, solar power, and a first-floor audio system. There is a stone patio off the rear of the house and another surrounding the pool and connecting to the pool house.

The sellers were Alfred and Victoria Shtainer and the new owner is Bridgehampton Church Lane LLC, according to The Real Estate Report Inc., which also reported that the deal closed on February 25.
