A newly constructed modern home in Montauk just set a record for the highest price achieved in the hamlet for a nonwaterfront property.

At 18 Maple Street, the nearly 9,000-square-foot residence recently sold for $17 million, with a last asking price of $18.98 million. On just under an acre, it features six bedrooms, six full bathrooms and three half bathrooms, panoramic ocean views, a rooftop deck, a heated pool and spa, and a wellness suite.

Lissoni & Partners New York designed 18 Maple Street and the developers were Alessandro Zampedri of CFF Real Estate, and design-build firm JK Living.

Kyle Rosko and Marcy Braun of Douglas Elliman had the exclusive listing, and Sam Crumm of The Corcoran Group brought the buyer.

“Montauk has always held a special energy, but since the pandemic, we’ve seen a shift — buyers are looking for space, privacy, and an elevated lifestyle outside of the traditional Hamptons hotspots,” Rosko said. “This sale shows that serious buyers see long-term value here.”

Rosko and Braun also brokered the previous nonwaterfront record holder, 14 Maple Street, for $14 million in 2022.

Next door to 18 Maple Street is No. 22, which was developed by the same team and is still on the market for $14.98 million.
