A newly built modern home in Westhampton Beach fronting Moriches Bay has sold for $7.5 million.

On 0.61 acre at 486 Dune Road, the residence is 5,000 square feet, spread over three levels. It has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, and an elevator.

The lower level features a three-car garage, a gym area, and storage space, while the second level has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a laundry room. The highest level overlooks the bay and has an open great room with a kitchen and a dining area, plus the primary en suite bedroom and powder room.

A cabana with showers and a laundry room is near the heated pool.

The backyard offers kayak and paddleboarding access, and a right-of-way grants access to the ocean beach across Dune Road.

Lori J. Francescani and John Kanas Jr. of The Corcoran Group had the listing.

The buyer is Naked on Dune Road LLC, according to The Real Estate Report Inc., and the deal closed on November 23, 2022.
