At 951 Flying Point Road, the 2.86-acre property looks out on Channel Pond, Mecox Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. The project was completed by builder Sagewood Construction with architecture by Barnes Coy Architects and interior architecture by Massimo Castagna.

In 2024, the asking price was $30 million.

The seller was 951 Flying Point LLC and the new owner is 33 Mill Creek LLC, according to Suffolk Vision Inc., which reported that the sale closed on May 6.
