Top real estate agent Noble Black and his team, Noble Black & Partners, have joined The Corcoran Group.

Black has had a career in the New York City and East End real estate markets for more than two decades, with career sales exceeding $3.5 billion as an individual broker. He now rejoins Corcoran after a decade at Douglas Elliman, where he ranked as the No. 1 Team in Manhattan and the No. 2 Mega Team nationwide in 2024.

Most recently, RealTrends The Thousand ranked Noble Black & Partners the No. 2 Mega Team in New York by volume. Among his many notable sales are penthouse residences at 520 Park Avenue, 785 Fifth Avenue, 100 Eleventh Avenue, Four Seasons Private Residences, and 10 Sullivan Street.

Black and his team will be affiliated with Corcoran’s East Side and Southampton offices.

On Black’s return, Corcoran President and CEO Pamela Liebman remarked: “I’m incredibly pleased to have Noble back at Corcoran. He has built an extraordinary business grounded in integrity, insight, and a profound understanding of the market. With the strength of the Corcoran brand behind him, I have no doubt he will continue to raise the bar in both New York City and the East End.”

Black grew up in Mississippi, where he graduated from Millsaps College before earning his law degree at the University of Virginia School of Law. After a career at a prominent Wall Street law firm, he turned his focus to real estate.

“On behalf of Noble Black & Partners, I am thrilled to make the strategic decision to return to the Corcoran Group, whose client-centric values, market leadership, global affiliate network, and marketing resources align with the trajectory of our practice,” Black said. “We are incredibly grateful to Douglas Elliman, its leadership, and management teams for their pivotal support and contribution to our success over the past decade.”
