Mark Masone and Alex Jimenez Join Elliman

Douglas Elliman Real Estate has recently announced the addition of Mark Masone to the Brendan Skislock Team, based at Douglas Elliman’s Bridgehampton office. Mr. Masone, a longtime member of the East End community, is an event planner and owner of Design by Mark Masone.

Mr. Masone brings an array of skills and contacts to the Brendan Skislock Team, having worked with notable clients including Jennifer Lopez, Tory Birch, Jane Fonda and others. His extensive experience in residential sales and construction as a result of his family business allowed him to specialize in land-use and zoning requirements and assessing property values.

Mr. Masone is also a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Multiple Listing Service.

The Brendan Skislock Team also recently added Alex Jimenez, a resident of Amagansett, who brings more than 15 years of experience in property management on the East End, having worked as a contractor and building negotiator.

Mr. Jimenez holds a degree in architecture from Saint Bonaventure University in Allegany, New York, helping to bring a unique perspective for clients in his ability to talk them through the surface features of their property, as well as all mechanical systems. This dynamic approach allows for a balanced intermediary between homeowners, investors and builders.

Todd Bourgard Now Leading Two Offices

In other Douglas Elliman news, Todd Bourgard is now managing both the Hampton Bays and Westhampton Beach offices for the agency. The award-winning broker has been in the business for more than 17 years, and a top producing agent and manager for Douglas Elliman since he joined the company in 2014.

Under Mr. Bourgard’s leadership, the Hampton Bays office has become one of the biggest transactional volume producers and fastest-closing real estate offices in the Hamptons for any brokerage, according to Douglas Elliman.
