Cook Maran Associates announced last week that it will be offering real estate education classes in Southampton and East Hampton, starting in July.

According to information supplied by Tim Brenneman, the executive director of the insurance brokerage firm, John Viteritti will serve as the school’s instructor. Mr. Viteritti will teach continuing education classes for realtors as well as licensing courses in classrooms in the Cook Maran offices in both East Hampton and Southampton.

The Cook Maran Services Real Estate School will offer a 22½-hour series of continuing education classes for realtors. The classes will consist of 19½ hours of continuing education and 3 hours on Fair Housing. A 75-hour real estate licensing course and a 45-hour real estate broker’s licensing course will also be offered. The school and all its offered courses have been approved by the New York Department of State. Formal real estate classes have not been available on the East End since 2008.

To register for classes, call 291-4018. Additional information, including fees and application forms, is available at cookmaranservices.com.
