Two Pricey Amagansett Properties Sold

authorStaff Writer on Jun 14, 2019

Two more pricey properties in Amagansett are off the market.

Tracey and Brian Early are the new owners of 123 Hand Lane for $7 million. The half-acre property comes with plans for a 6,000-square-foot “modern barn” with seven bedrooms and 7.5 baths.

Ms. Early is an attorney and the founder and president of Riprap Friends, a nonprofit that “facilitates in-home therapeutic social support services to pediatric oncology patients,” according to its website.

Mr. Early is a Harvard grad and the managing attorney of Early, Lucarelli, Sweeney & Meisenkothen, a law firm that specializes in mesothelioma cases.

Jeffrey Sun, a managing director and the head of oil trading at Morgan Stanley, is the new owner of 22 Pepperidge Lane for $4.1 million. The seller was 154 Cranberry Hole LLC.

Known as “Atelier 22,” the new build is from “Atelier by Studio Zung,” which is billed as “a collection of intelligently designed, meticulously appointed and artfully curated residences, fully integrated with smart-home details.” The residences are located in both New York and the Hamptons and come designer-furnished and move-in ready.

On 2 acres adjacent to the Devon Yacht Club and Napeague Bay, the 6,650-square-foot residence includes a 1,150-square-foot finished lower level with 9-foot ceilings. It has seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and one half-bath; a “wellness spa” with sauna, steam room and shower; a chef’s kitchen; a heated saline gunite pool and an all-season pool house with full bathroom and outdoor shower.

The master suite has tall ceilings, custom double-sided walk-in closets and a private outdoor deck and shower. The en-suite bathroom has a custom Double vanity, a free-standing tub and shower, stone surfaces and designer fixtures.

The kitchen has Cesarstone slab countertops, fumed-oak cabinets, professional-grade appliances, leather and brass pulls and Buster and Punch handles.

Along among the amenities are a two-car garage, a Parrilla kitchen-dining pavilion, a back-up generator, and a designated area for a Har-Tru tennis court with permits in place.

Atelier 22 was built in 2017 and originally listed for $5 million. Rylan Jacka had the listing for Sotheby’s.
